These terms govern the creative services ChiChi-Verse provides. They include the cancellation and refund rights required for services sold at a distance under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
1. Who you're dealing with

2. What we provide
Creative services including logos, character design, stream layouts/overlays, stream animations, and short and long video clips, offered as the packages and add-ons described on our Services page. The exact deliverables, revisions, and timeline for your project are agreed before work begins.
3. Pricing & payment

4. Delivery

5. Cancellation & refunds
For consumers buying at a distance, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law provides a cancellation right.
